Senior Project Director

A leading construction and engineering organization is seeking a Senior Project Director to lead delivery on large-scale industrial and regulated infrastructure projects.

This role is suited for a senior leader with strong execution discipline, commercial awareness, and experience delivering complex, high-value projects within industrial or nuclear environments. The successful candidate will oversee project execution across scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, and risk while driving accountability and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across schedule, cost, quality, and risk
• Oversee subcontractor strategy, contracts, procurement, and commercial performance
• Establish strong execution rhythms including planning, tracking, and reporting
• Build and lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships through transparency and execution excellence
• Drive issue resolution, risk management, and operational alignment

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in industrial construction or regulated project environments
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or nuclear projects
• Proven leadership on complex projects exceeding $500M in value
• Strong commercial, contractual, and forecasting experience
• Degree in Construction, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
